cooked lunch over coals using iron implements
* May: Presented Kingdom Arts & Sciences Saturday Feast: A Feast of the
Artisans. Supervised the food for the event
* May: Assisted Serena de Riva in presenting her Kingdom
A&S Feast: A Feast of Three Dances.
* May: Assisted Sunday Breakfast cook in presenting her
first public event meal; prepared Monday Breakfast
* April: took and passed certification test for ServeSafe,
Restaurant food safety course.
* April: Took and passed certification test for Certified
Personal Chef through USPCA
* February: Assisted in Kitchen with Midwinter A&S Feast,
assisted with two dishes; provided feedback in planning stages; Serena’s
first feast |

* January: Graduated US Personal Chef Institute: second in class; learned
detail of pre-preparing foods and preparing for long term holding (excellent
for Feast presentation as well as camping)
* May: Prepared roasted meats for Feast of Dreamstone by invitation
(guest cook) and Provided scented hand washing service at feast for high
table
* June: Prepared Platina's Red Mustard for Stone Mountain Demo of medieval
foods
* Presented beef (my expense) for samples roasted on a spit over coals
at Stone Mountain demonstration and Faire
* October: MY Wedding Reception: planned, coordinated and cooked
several dishes for my own reception using all period and self-adapted recipes.
Commissioned several fellow cooks to prepare some of the dishes. |

private banquet for Maestra Irina & her invited guests. (cooked
entirely from new source Neapolitan Cuisine by T. Scully
